Agent-V,Agent V is a multi-agent execution engine with versatility that adapts based on your needs, from cross-functional departments to a solo founder startup. AI integration designed for eCommerce & Retail teams and departments: Project Management, Sales, Analytics, UI/UX, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, & R&D. From full-scale projects to one-off tasks, Agent-V provides an automated system for people, projects, and documentation. Build your next app, product, project, or website with full project lifecycle management from the early stages of research to planning, analysis, assignments, and execution. Compatibility for self-hosted and cloud agent providers, for token-budgets, code-graph context, session history, and approval infrastructure that maintains continuity under one provider abstraction.
A lightweight self-hosted React app with full Agent-Visualization, multi-agent swarm, and persistent session history. Automated task management funnels raw data from structured support tickets or one-off tasks extracted from email, Slack messages, or meetings. Tasks are then funneled into existing projects and project calendars. For new tasks, structured documentation is created automatically with data parsed, then agents build out projects, research, specifications, dependencies, and launch timelines. Teams, departments, and individuals are assigned deterministically, then projects, dates, priority labels, and dependencies are filled by agents with final approval from department managers. View projects and tasks in Kanban, List, or Calendar format with easy sharing internally or externally.
Agent V uses sorting logic to parse information deterministically, categorize tasks, and provides structured documentation at each stage of the process, across agents, teams, and projects. Autonomous work with gated decisions, and final assigned verification from either an individual user, team, department, or even another agent. Be a one-person business by assigning a group of agents, or develop a new product where each team member and department is assigned automatically based on work category. Keep track of business records, eCommerce, marketing, retail, CRM, or use our built-in resume parser to land your next job. Agent cost visibility is standard at every stage of the process and connects to your favorite LLM like Claude Code, Copilot, or ChatGPT, with cost-saving estimates for local self-hosted agents.
Autonomous agents can touch real business data and even sequester sensitive data through gated user and agent permissions. Now LLM processes are affordable and business data is private by default. Each project utilizes an agent capability-tier system. Approved agents manage orchestration and high-level planning, then route structured and detailed tasks to verified models based on backtested performance of your real-life workflow. Model performance defines future assignment, capability, and tailored agent specialty: frontend design, coding, research, and more. Delegation and retesting are organized across the agent swarm and worktrees, with multi-provider compatibility, backtesting, and pass/fail history by model. Full agent fleet visibility and control make swapping between agents, resuming sessions, or completing existing projects a simple point-and-click action. Guaranteed diff validation and zero-risk sandboxing protect original files across multiple concurrent workflows.
Interface
Live Chat Notifications
Notification types cover open-ended agent questions, context window alerts for sessions that have grown too large, and project completion alerts for each worktree, carried across dashboard pages, agent sessions, and calendars.
Per-Agent Live Chat
The multi-worker chat overlay now supports four independently-sized states per worker (Full/Medium/Small/Fully-Minimized). Smart layouts minimize sub-agents and expand orchestration agent chat, with per-worker mini toolbars showing each agent's active tasks and the current model used per session.
Auto-Approve
Auto-Approve now provides universal per-worker-tree control. Instead of inert UI state, each stage has a human- or agent-driven approval gate for code-transform batches and retesting, across multiple parallel worktrees and before final commits to the main repo.
Cost Dashboard
The Token Usage and Cost Dashboard, measured directly through dispatch telemetry and user-specific login data, shows real spend by project, team, user, and LLM model, and cost savings through automated local sub-agent routing or full system local use, based on your current API costs of your favorite cloud model.
One Sanitized Pipeline
Every markdown surface an agent's output touches is rendered through one sanitized pipeline, so formatted chats, projects, and documentation content is never raw or unsafely rendered HTML.
One Source of Truth
Session History & Agent Memory — A dedicated Chat History archive, a live Monitor feed, and per-department or team git-action (commit/push/branch) give direct operational visibility and control over the whole fleet and each human user.
Project Visibility — Kanban parity with drag-and-drop, cycles, modules, saved views, a burndown chart, and a detail drawer with sub-issues/relations auto-seeded from the linked project's markdown files and connected session history.
Activity Workflow Granularity — Every project carries a real per-field activity log of user and agent changes with timestamps, connecting to comprehensive data and session history. The My Tasks page doubles as a freeform personal sandbox with drag-and-drop triage of one-off tasks deterministically filed into existing projects.
Unified Documentation System — Connect existing business data with new tasks where to-do items are gathered deterministically from raw data. Agents then automatically draft program specifications, planning, and scheduling. A system designed for agents, people, teams, and full-scale businesses.
CRM & Pipeline Management — Salesforce parity with customer records, hierarchies, addresses, tags, merge, and a full sales pipeline with stages, teams, and win/loss reporting that run natively with no external CRM dependency.
Under The Hood
Multi-user identity and permissions with scrypt-hashed login, revocable sessions, group or individual login access, per-user API tokens, and a detailed user history behind every update in the audit log.
An isolated-or-direct worktree toggle by agent, and gateway configuration, manage real connection states — endpoints, authentication-tokens, retry-policy, and worker usage channels — in a clean backend table interface.
A single Integrations panel shows live connected/error/not-configured status for every third-party tool for UI/UX design, web crawling, codebase memory graphs, GitHub, Kanban, Playwright and more.
The GitHub page shows live merged PRs, open issues with staleness flags, releases, and branches without PRs pulled straight from the real API, not mocked.
A Code Intel page renders real arc-diagram and donut-chart visualizations over an AST-derived code graph, with Search/Trace tabs.
